Important information

Make Your Stay at Hotel Moser Comfortable and Relaxing

Arrival:
Your room or apartment will be ready for you from approximately 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Departure:
Please kindly vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payment:
We accept payment in cash (Euro), EC card, Mastercard, and Visa.

Fees and Taxes:
Tourism tax and other duties are included in the price.

Sauna Towels & Bathrobes:
Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Bathrobes are available for rent.

Pets:
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Here are our cancellation terms to make the process as easy as possible:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.

  • From 29 to 14 days prior: 30% of the total stay will be charged.

  • From 13 to 7 days prior: 50% of the total stay will be charged.

  • From 6 days prior or in case of no-show: 90% of the total stay will be charged.

For late arrivals, early departures, or short-notice cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
