We invite you to relax in our family-run hotel and feel at home in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy the quiet location in beautiful nature with a fantastic view of the Dachstein massif and the Enns valley. Spacious comfort rooms, a wellness area with a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool and a culinary pampering programme await you.
The children's playroom and the playground provides fun and variety for our little guests.
From the cosy hotel garden you can look out over beautiful flower meadows, which are part of our small farm. This offers many a fine ingredient for our hearty dishes.
In the morning, strengthen yourself at the rich breakfast buffet for an active day in nature. In the evening we will spoil you with fine three-course menus and an extensive salad buffet.
So that we can make your holiday at Hotel Moser comfortable and relaxing:
Arrival:
Your room will be ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from approx. 14 hrs.
Departure:
We ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment:
Please pay as follows: cash in Euro, with EC card, Mastercard and Visa.
Fees and taxes:
Tourism tax € 2,50 per person/day exclusive, from the age of 15.
Sauna towels / bathrobes:
Sauna towels are available; bathrobe for a fee.
Pets:
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
Cancellation conditions:
It is possible that you will not be able to start your holiday - in order to make the associated process as smooth as possible,
We would like to inform you about the cancellation conditions of our company:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
If less than 30 days, the following cancellation rules apply:
29 to 14 days prior to arrival will be 30%,
13 to 7 days before arrival 50%
and from 6 days and in case of no-show 90% of the total stay will be charged.
In case of late arrival, early departure or cancellation at short notice, the "Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions" apply.

Should something unforeseen happen, which prevents you from starting your holiday as planned,
we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
